We partnered with a bank develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that was aligned to shareholder promise and customer promise.
All the HR processes, and leadership behaviours were aligned to deliver the EVP. This helped in delivering on customer and shareholder promise, besides retaining and attracting talent. The business saw significant improvement in employee alignment and business performance.
